Uniquely with Heirloom Puzzles all of our pieces are identifiable and any piece that gets lost or broken can be replaced.

We charge £1 per piece and a £1 Postage fee per replacement piece order which gets added on during checkout.
Please note due to different printing batches, there may be a slight difference of the colour so please let us know your batch number (found under the box or tin lid) and we will try and match your piece.
